Giving 365 would like to provide a new backpack to each and every student at Parkridge Elementary School this year. Over 90% of the kids that attend this school are experiencing poverty. Each backpack will be stocked with the basic school supplies they need. At just $25 per backpack, you can help a child start the year off right! If you would like to build your own backpack, here is a list of supplies the students need. Contact us to arrange drop off.
Choose a Grade Level, and make a backpack for a Girl or a Boy. Here’s a list of items to include inside:
- pencils (Kinder & 1st Grade use the fatter ones if we can be picky😊)
- erasers (The pencil top kind, or… the pink rectangular ones.)
- pencil pouch that can go inside of a binder (Grades K-2nd don’t have binders, so their pencil pouches don’t need holes)
- crayons
- colored pencils
- green highlighters
- yellow highlighters
- pink highlighters
- glue sticks
- blue, black, red pens
- spiral notebook (wide ruled)
- Composition Books (For journaling)
- pencil sharpeners
- hand sanitizer
- scissors (K-2nd uses the safety ones)
